Pedro and Alma have been working in the call center industry in Guatemala for the past 17+ years. They started from agents working their way up to supervisors, QA, Trainers, Operations Managers, and WFM, which means they understand how to do the job right on all different levels.
The Hurtado’s joined the idea of Pedro and Alma to start a call center with a fresh touch where the focus is on the core workforce. The four of them joined their expertise and knowledge to give life to Conekta Force with the idea of helping businesses in the US outsource their customer service needs and get the best assistance possible.
Pedro has been working in the Guatemalan BPO industry for 17 years. He started as an agent at the first Guatemalan Call Center and quickly moved up to various staff positions. He has been a Supervisor, QA, Operations Manager, Workforce lead and Manager. His expertise lies in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Alma has worked in the Guatemalan BPO Industry for 16 years starting as an agent and moving up to QA as an Analyst, Supervisor, and Manager. Within QA, she has created and overseen rubrics and evaluation processes. She has also been a Trainer and Training Manager establishing processes and training material creation. Apart from training, she does continuous follow-ups to ensure the quality and training materials are fresh in the agent's mindset. Her expertise lies in QA and T&D
